We know how difficult it is for you to visit our facility in Hong Kong so we want to at least give you some idea of what our facility looks like. These are not computer representations, or pictures of other facilities - these are actual pictures of the Active Enterprises factory and employees. If you would like to come see our facility we welcome all visitors to see our fine manufacturing facility, to discuss your specific project, or to audit our quality system.

There are over 150 assembly workers that are trained for specific products and tasks. Our quality system ensures that the assembler is training and approved for working on specific processes or assembly methods. Our workforce can be expanded quite rapidly to adjust to market conditions and increase production capacity. Our workforce specializes in printed circuit board assembly as well as mechanical assembly or combinations of electro-mechanical.

Each project has a control document that defines and details each of the product specifications that need to be tested and the level of testing. This information can be captured electronically in a computer file, or provided on paper documentation with the product shipment. Testing can be spot tested all the way up to 100% testing and inspection depending on your requirements. The quality system is strictly adhered to and if there are any issues throughout the entire assembly process the root cause of the problem is determined and corrective actions are taken.

If there are any issues for the assembly after the shipment is made, a Corrective Action Report (CAR or 5D), will be issued detailing the quality team, the root cause, and all of the corrective actions put into place. We are dedicated to providing the quality products that you demand, because we realize that it is your reputation that is at stake with the quality of your product, and we will do everything we can do to protect that.

Our inventory and storage area is clean and orderly, with clearly labeled items in each area. Customer Owned Stock (COS) is segregated from other inventory to make sure that there is no comingling of stock. If you wish for an updated inventory count, we can provide you with a detailed list of all of the components you own that is in our stock room. Once products are ready for shipment, they are put in a staging area and consolidated for shipment to your facility. We work will all major shipping companies to ship worldwide from our dock to yours.
